Then we have just the right job for you, as we are looking for an experienced Associate Manager to head up a Program Controls team in Fill Finish Expansions, Program management office in Gentofte. The Position As an Associate Manager, you will drive the development of a team of skilled professionals and consultants responsible for program controls disciplines e.g. cost estimate and cost management, schedule and planning, risk management, document management, change management, management reporting and Project Management IT systems for Fill Finish Expansions Program. You will become part of the Program PMO leadership group, and influence the future vision of Program Controls area, which is the biggest area within the program PMO unit. Your key responsibilities will be to: • lead and motivate your team in a busy working environment with changing priorities to meet business needs. • provide leadership and focus on the continuous development of the team members through coaching and dialogue to support current execution and over time develop a strategy for the future • create agile way of working culture in the team, focusing on effective day-to-day cooperation, and provide needed support and communication through visual overview, planning and prioritization. • ensure that the team unit development plan and actions are continuously followed up and progressed • continuously recruit, onboard, develop and grow the team to match the Global projects expansion needs You will also be a member of the management team in the department, and you will participate in cross-organizational projects and collaborations. Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model where openness, honesty, and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Natural Science, Engineering, Economics, Pharmacy, or similar • Experience with project management from the pharmaceutical industry (preferred) • 3+ years of experience with people management • Proficiency in English As a leader, you have a people-oriented focus ensuring the well-being and employee development, you understand the complexity across the supply chain and interactions with authorities. You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid of being challenged by others. Finally, you have a flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organizational levels, also showing you strong communication skills that can create a fellowship in the organization. About the Department You will join program controls department of 18+ highly skilled and experienced colleagues. You will report to head of program controls and take over 10+ employees with people management responsibilities.
