The position
As a Student Assistant, you will be part of the department Tech & Innovation and mainly supporting the team with the overall responsibility for Engineering, Facility, and Utility across the Fill Finished Expansion Investment Programme. It’s a highly technical team so it’s beneficial if you are a little nerd yourself and find it inspiring to work within a technical field. You will be a member of an extremely dedicated team that within each own little area properly are the best people within their field of expertise and will report directly to the Senior Manager. Your responsibilities are included but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operation such as organizing team meetings, events, etc
  • Supporting in onboarding new employees
  • Providing project support and ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Preparing stakeholder mapping with the follow-up on different actions & activities
  • Creating communication plans, engaging content & internal communication deliverables such as newsletters, posters, PowerPoint presentations, written material, etc
  • We are looking for a Student Assistant with a creative but structured mindset with a big interest in working within a global context with many stakeholders around the world. The Student Assistant work is part-time with expected working hours is 10-20 hours a week, allowing you to prioritize your exams. Qualifications
    You are a student who is currently studying within the field of Business, and/or Engineering with ideally at least two years left till graduation. To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Understanding of basic technical documents
  • Microsoft Office products experience
  • Outgoing personality with a strong drive and dedication
  • Detail-oriented, structured, independent, and self-motivated work attitude
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

    You will be joining Fill and Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employs approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
    Fill and Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan, and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today that we will still be proud of 20 years from now. AP Expansions has a clear global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
