Join us! The position We offer a challenging position as a communications intern in Product Supply BRD. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with the communication team and different stakeholders across the organisation to support the area’s communication and change initiatives. In this position, you will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Creating engaging content: writing, translating, and editing engaging and informative articles, creating campaign content for info screens, creating videos supporting knowledge sharing
  • Assisting SVP Communication Partner with strategic communications: PowerPoint materials, developing campaigns, and running events for employees and managers (Quarterly meetings for managers, Roadshow, etc.)
  • Ad hoc tasks: running individual tasks and small projects to support the management group and communication team
  • The position will give you experience and knowledge of what it entails to plan and execute communication and change initiatives at a smaller and larger scale. Practicalities:
  • Internship period: 3-6 months
  • Working hours: Full time
  • Start date: 2 January 2024
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required
  • Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams. This internship also provides an opportunity for the position of a student assistant in the same team after the internship period has ended, so a candidate who plans to pursue a Master’s degree after finishing their Bachelor's is favorable. Qualification You are in the last year of your Bachelor’s degree and are studying within a relevant field such as Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Can-do attitude, and the ability to understand and navigate in a complex business environment
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office systems
  • Ability to prioritize and drive tasks independently, with a high emphasis on quality
  • Structured and demonstrated attention to details
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English and Danish
  • Experience in Adobe Suite is a plus
  • As a person, you are comfortable with taking initiative, have a strong personal drive, and are a team player with an outgoing personality. About the department In Product Supply, we turn science and modern technology into manufacturing real life-changing medicines and deliver them to patients across the world. Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD, we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products to people living with rare and serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competencies in biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk. We have more than 3,000 dedicated colleagues working at six production sites in Denmark and the United States. Here we cover the entire production value chain where raw materials are cultivated, purified, formulated, filled, assembled in devices, packed, and distributed across the globe. As more and more people need our products, we support Novo Nordisk's initiatives in new therapy areas. Every day, we work to streamline and expand our capacity through process innovation, automation, and the introduction of new technology. BRD Communication is part of the BRD Business Support area together with strategy, finance, etc. As an intern, you will be part of a central communications team supporting the BRD business and management by delivering strategic and operational support and driving communication and change management across the area as a central anchor for a larger communications group.
