Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position This is an exciting position in a new and growing area, where you will be able to put your personal spin on your daily tasks. You will be an integrated part of a department and support the management team. You will be working with:
  • Supporting management with HR related processes and administrative tasks
  • Support management on budget and general expenses
  • Assist on purchases
  • Coordinating calendar and activities e.g. meeting, seminars and off-sites.
  • You will a key person ensuring good oversight of the administrative processes and making sure that a lot of our management processes run smooth. We are currently looking for 4 department assistants: 1 in Hillerød, 2 in Gentofte and 1 in Kalundborg. Please specify in your CV, which location you are interested in. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications:
  • Experience from a similar position preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with coordinating/planning e.g. seminars/off sites
  • Experience with controlling budget and expenses
  • Flair for IT. Experience with MS Office 365, SAP and Coupa can be an advantage.
  • A high level of professional Danish and English (both written and spoken) and good communication skills.
  • On a personal level, you are good at establishing relations, communicate constructively, have a structured approach to stay on top of assignments and have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the department BRD Quality Control is based in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg. Here we are app. 370 employees who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control.
