If this sounds exciting, you might be our new Associate Manager in Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM). The Position We are looking for an Associate Manager to lead a team of four cLEAN partners for our SVP to drive the development of Lean competencies and culture across the SVP area. As an Associate Manager, you will play a key role in the global cLEAN community, set directions, define our strategy, and drive the implementation of our lean initiatives, including on the shop floor. Your main responsibilities will be to: - Lead and coach your team, setting the overall cLEAN direction for the department. - Act as a cLEAN partner for the SVP, collaborating closely with other SVP cLEAN partners in PSQIT. - Drive the cLEAN community and continuously increase the impact created by the community. - Continuously improve the cLEAN leadership onboarding program and the site maturity assessments. - Influence cLEAN leadership behaviors and use cLEAN systems and tools. Qualifications To succeed in this role, it is favorable to have: - An academic degree in relevant subject matters (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management). - More than five years of experience within cLEAN in a production environment as a cLEAN partner or in a leadership position. - Proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement projects and hands-on experience in driving operational excellence initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management and change management skills. - Leadership toolbox and previous managerial experience are advantages. - Fluency in English is a prerequisite. As a person, you have excellent communication skills, which enable you to build effective working relationships and influence others. You understand business needs and connect the strategy accordingly. You are comfortable navigating between strategic and operational levels, adapting to your stakeholders. About The Department The cLEAN department is part of the Business Development & Support (BD&S) in Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM). The area supports our global production sites with central functions such as Finance, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Strategy, Sustainability & Operational Excellence, and Digitalisation & Performance Management. Based in Gentofte we are more than 50 employees who, as partners and specialists and are collaborating with our colleagues worldwide to produce medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We have a comprehensive overview ensuring an efficient and reliable support of the FPM organisation and are committed to driving change by identifying hidden potential and anticipating opportunities and challenges before they escalate. Working at FPM, Novo Nordisk Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products.
