Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Global Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for a wide range of different tasks, which involves a very all-round working day. Your primary areas of responsibility and tasks are the following:

  1. Outreach sales promotion directed at existing and new customers:

  • The purpose will be to obtain leads for the salespersons.
  • Primarily over the phone but also by means of video meetings.
  • Over time you will get your own customers, although this will take up a minor part of your time.

  1. Support for Sales Managers:

  • Booking of meetings and organization of itineraries.
  • Preparation of customer meetings.
  • Preparation of quotations and calculations (payback periods etc.)
  • Preparation of presentations.
  • Perusal and summary making of old cases.
  • Co-ordination of responses to customers across departments.
  • Ad hoc.

Your Profile

  • You thrive ontalking on the phone with customers!
  • You are independent, structured, able to meet deadlines and keep several balls in the air at once.
  • You have charisma and a can-do attitude.
  • You possess the human qualities, such as honesty, openness and loyalty.
  • Experience from similar positions with international sales/sales support/export is an advantage. If you do not have any relevant work experience you are welcome to apply anyway as we believe that the right attitude towards the job will get you far. In that case, we ask you please to clearly motivate in your application how you think you are able to compensate for lack of experience.
  • You are an experienced user of IT and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. It is an advantage if you have experience with ERP and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics (AX)).
  • Daily communication is conducted in Danish, but communication with customers is conducted in English, so you must be able to communicate in English in writing and speech.
  • There may be travel activity involved to a limited extent in connection with customer visits, attendance at exhibitions etc.
