If you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for administrative tasks related to event management, diary management, meeting scheduling and invoicing, and if you aspire to enter an expanding international consulting company, this role may just be perfect for you.

Novus Actus A/S work as consultants for CEOs and executives in global organizations such as Novo Nordisk, Arla, MAERSK and Pandora, helping to create high-performing executive leadership teams. As their Executive Assistant, you will contribute to the scaling of the business and report directly to the CEO from the office in Charlottenlund. In close collaboration with executive teams around the world, you will ensure a thorough as well as successful execution of workshops, events and projects.

areas of responsibility


You will enter a central position that you will help define and work directly with a number of experienced CEOs and executives from larger organizations. You will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of tasks from ensuring correct invoicing of purchase orders to following the progress of each process and project according to agreed deadlines. You will act solution-oriented when unexpected changes of workshops abroad occur. You will also work with:

- Diary management, booking of meetings as well as travel planning for the CEO
- Recruitment and onboarding of consultants focusing on streamlining processes
- Execution of projects and processes to the expectations of the client
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations tailored to each workshop
- Registration of leads to the CRM system, LinkedIn and Outlook

the successful candidate


- You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role potentially in a corporate environment
- You are passionate about high-quality delivery in any task, including ad hoc work, and you know when a task is sufficiently solved
- Preferably, you have stakeholder management competencies when communicating with clients at executive level
- You are proactive and creative which is used when planning and driving projects
- You have a fluent and professional level of English and Danish both written and spoken

As a person, you are task-focused and have a pragmatic and enthusiastic approach to the given tasks when e.g. translating an established framework to a successful process. You thrive in an expanding organization in a small team characterized by close corporation and a communicative, inclusive and open-minded atmosphere.
