The position In this position, you will be part of the department Robotics & Operational Technology where you will work closely together with your colleagues to support administrative activities across Device Manufacturing Development. We are looking for a pro-active Administrative, who works independently and is eager to learn. You work in a structured way with high-quality standards, possess a sharp eye for details and continuously work to optimise processes. Your responsibilities will be a combination of providing dedicated support to the management team in the Robotics & Operational Technology areas and general administrative tasks across the area. Thus, the role will include a wide range of tasks including coordinating management activities, calendar planning, hiring and onboarding process, and planning of seminars, as well as supporting across the whole area with e.g. purchasing and facility management. In addition, you will have to take care of the following: • Help develop the communication platforms in the department • Responsible for following up on the department's budgets • Support the department's employees in relation to IT systems, administrative issues and be the employees' go-to person. • Support regarding the onboarding of new employees in the area. part of the area's administrative network, where you will get professional sparring and help with cross-cutting tasks such as planning seminar and other major joint events. Based on your competencies and experience, you will also support other activities across the team. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand. Moreover, you can expect continuous feedback and support on the work you deliver and on your personal development. Qualifications
  • You have experience from a similar position
  • You have strong IT skills and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
  • You are service-minded and pro-active
  • You have great stakeholder management skills
  • You have high proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • You have good communication skills in both writing and speaking.
  • You are systematic and proactive in your work and thrive on a varied working day.
  • You are good at building relationships across the organisation
  • You have a good feeling for optimizing the systems and processes around you.
