. Are you a skilled and experienced personal assistant looking for new challenges in a highly innovative and dynamic environment? You can look forward to a key role with diverse assignments ranging from administrative tasks to independent coordination and follow-up. The department You will become part of the Companion SaMD Solutions area within Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS). You will be working both from Hillerød and from Søborg and part of our team is situated in US, why you should expect meetings outside working hours approximate 1-2 a month. We are a team of approximately 50 employees and are responsible for identifying and exploring new digital solutions concepts and qualifying and maturing selected solutions to progress into the development pipeline. We are looking for an assistant with experience within both projects and line of business, to help us take innovation to the next level. The position As a personal assistant you will primarily support the Vice President (VP) and functional area with communicative, administrative and practical tasks. With a proactive and service-oriented approach you will: • Manage the day-to-day activities of the VP by setting and monitoring the schedule, booking meetings, organizing the incoming flow of requests and following-up to ensure timely response. • Preparing for and ensuring effective execution of meetings including taking minutes and follow-up on actions. • Maintain portfolio overview, assist governance coordination and handle presentation materials and pre-reads. • Support our external collaboration setups. • Prepare budgets, monthly follow-up and quarterly adjustments. • Assist with recruitment and practical onboarding of new employees. • Secure governance, compliance and NN Way for the area. • Work in close coordination with the other assistants in DDS to ensure alignment with the mission and vision of the DDS organisation. • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks. You will report directly to the VP of Companion SaMD Solutions and become a member of the leadership team. Furthermore, you will be the go-to person in the area and part of the assistant group in DDS, where you will be engaged in cross-organizational tasks. Desired qualifications: You have experience from a similar position and enjoy being a team-player and solving administrative tasks with great efficiency and sense for detail. Knowledge of IT & Finance Systems, including Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is an advantage. You are looking for ways to improve our processes and ways of working, able to work independently, have well-structured approach to tasks and capability of maintaining overview when under pressure. As a trusted colleague, the ability to handle matters of confidentiality is a must. You know how to provide great service and thrive in a role as go-to person. You communicate effortlessly both verbally and written in Danish and English at business level.
