The position As Department Assistant in DMS, you will play an important role supporting with administrative tasks in a challenging and dynamic environment. Your main area of responsibilities will be administrative support to two directors in Business Support and Quality Assurance as well as supporting both departments and be involved in many different tasks ensure a well driven office.
Your main tasks will be: Coordinating and planning of management meetings, events and travel activities Purchasing of goods and services Onboarding of new employees Supporting internal communication tasks via PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint sites etc. You will be anchored in Business Support and be part of a team of 5 other Department Assistants with whom you will also drive cross area activities. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role Experience from pharma production is a plus, but not a requirement Strong IT skills and interest in various IT systems (e.g. MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams) You have a resumé mirroring great stakeholder management skills High proficiency in both written and spoken Danish as well as English
