We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to join our team. As a Conference Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests feel welcome and that all details are taken care of. You will work closely with the conference team to provide hospitality, sustainability, and service in line with Novo Nordisk Way and essentials. Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position Our purpose is to make guests feel welcome and ensure them that we have all details taken care of. As part of our conference team you must be prepared to tap into our cornerstones: hospitality, sustainability, and service. Your main tasks: • Ensure that the facilities are set up to frame guests' gatherings and inspire them to focus on the objective of their event
• Proactively handle a variety of administrative and project-related responsibilities while working with conference coordination
• Cover duty on Monday-Friday between 07.00-19.00 based on a weekly duty roster
• Be flexible to cover potential evening and weekend duty when needed Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • You hold solid experience from conference booking
• You are well-structured, detail-oriented and have a distinct passion for service
• You have experience with hotel booking systems
• You have a flair for AV/IT and easily adapt to numerous IT systems in general
• You speak and write Danish and English fluently On a personal level, you are a self-driven and independent person with a high sense of responsibility and initiative who can prioritize many different tasks.
