The position As a Coordinator for User Communication, your primary responsibility will be to support and assist in creating task overview and to facilitate the prioritization of incoming tasks and assignments within the User Communication team. This will include working closely with stakeholders from different departments to ensure efficient planning and communication as a gatekeeper for the teams tasks and customer complaint handling. Your main tasks will be: • Responsible for weekly board meeting planning sessions.
• Organising and coordinating incoming task activities and daily monitoring task progress
• Facilitate planning in User Communication and between cross-functional stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation related to project activities
• Audits & Inspections preparation, document retrieval, and follow-up Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • Coordination and planning skills are essential
• You can communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Master relevant IT tools e.g. (MS Office) Company accounting system (SAP), Global Project Planning program (MS Project NN System) Web (GlobeShare)
• Basic understanding of Novo Nordisk organisation and products would be advantageous
• Experience from other administrative roles From a personal standpoint, you possess a user-centric mindset and are a valuable team player, known for your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative can-do attitude. You have a strong drive to succeed and are not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo when necessary. To excel in this position, you must be adaptable and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of documenting your work. Additionally, you should possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. About the department This is a rare chance to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from Device & Delivery Solutions (DDS), Regulatory, Clinical, and Medical. Our User Communication Development & Life Cycle Management team is a part of Packaging & Verification Development in DDS, along with our sister teams for Secondary Packaging Development and Future Product Communication. Our team of 10 dedicated employees is passionate about creating patient-centric user communication, including Instructions for Use, Medical Device Labelling, and Directions for use for clinical trials for all Novo Nordisk Devices. We also provide communication to ensure safe and easy use of our devices. DDS has a team of over 350 colleagues who design and develop innovative device and connectivity products, as well as companion Software as Medical Device solutions for our drug pipeline. We welcome non-local applicants who are willing to relocate to Denmark, as DDS has a strong record for on-boarding non-local employees.
