Are you motivated by close collaboration with Senior Management at Novo Nordisk? Do you want to support the Corporate Vice President of a newly established production area across aseptic production sites in Denmark? Do your key competencies include independence, structure and team collaboration at the same time? Then you have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced CVP who sincerely needs your support to succeed with the needed leadership tasks enabling the area to deliver high quality products to the patients across the World. About the Area
You will become part of Aseptic Manufacturing Denmark (AM DK), which covers 4 production sites in Gentofte, Kalundborg, Bagsværd and Hillerød. All 4 production sites produce in an aseptic environment, which is the area where you formulate, fill and inspect the portfolio of products available to patients from Novo Nordisk. In Hillerød the site also includes assembly and packaging of the products.
The area is newly established, so a daily setup is to be structed in collaboration with the Corporate Vice President of AM DK.

The Position
As an administration professional in AM DK, you will every day work independent to support the Corporate Vice President of AM DK and especially activities at the Hillerød site where the same Corporate Vice Presidents heads up AM Hillerød.
General tasks to be executed are planning and execution of management meetings, site events and cross functional administrative tasks, communication tasks and strategy tasks. The position also includes an indirect leadership role of assistants across AM Hillerød.
In this role, you will have a close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders. You will collaborate across different teams, which open up a great opportunity to build a broad network within the organization.
Your primarily work location is expected to be Hillerød.

Qualifications
To succeed in this complex position split in two different roles, you have:
  • An academic degree (candidates with a bachelor’s degree are also welcome to apply)
  • Communication skills and experience in contact with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of business understanding
  • Fluency in both Danish and English

  • As a person, you possess excellent skills to identify relevant tasks, independent execute tasks, and ability to ensure the details and structure needed to support a senior leader in a high pace production environment.
    You are a problem solver and have an eye for details in task execution, and you thrive in a work environment that involves a high degree of daily variation across different locations.
