Are you experienced in physical security and crisis management? Do you possess strong analytical and communication skills? If so, you should apply as our new Site Security Coordinator! The position
As a Site Security Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Operate security solutions and develop security, crisis, and contingency plans.
  • Utilize your experience in physical security to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and assets.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify potential security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, such as Emergencies and Risk management or similar.
  • Proven experience in physical security and crisis management, preferably in a similar role within a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of security solutions and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Danish.
  • About the department
    The Site Security Coordinator will be a part of our Facility team, which is responsible for facilitating GMP terms for the entire production site. Our team is composed of 16 employees with very different skill sets that is often combined in a joint effort to advise implementation of projects and daily operations. With a focus on continuous improvement, we strive to implement best practices and innovative solutions to facilitate our factory and support regulatory compliance. Working at Novo Nordisk
