Fields of responsibility

As Personal Assistant your main task is to provide seamless, value adding, and professional support to the SVP, Global Regulatory Affairs.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

  • Personal Assistant to the SVP, Global Regulatory Affairs incl. administrative support to the GRA Management Group
  • Organizing and attending events/meetings, minutes taking and following up on action points and deadlines, incl. supporting on the practicalities in relation to events/meetings.
  • Preparing internal and external communication and presentations
  • Planning, organizing and administering traveling activities and do reimbursements
  • Purchasing and accounting activities, incl. approval of invoices
  • Cost budgeting, planning, control and reporting in close cooperation with Finance
  • Planning and reporting of functional headcounts
  • Be proactive and take the lead on several larger and smaller tasks, e.g. plan the engagement survey follow-up, as well as a various number of HR tasks such as updating organization charts, intro programs, help onboarding new employees etc.
  • Support and maintain a good working environment
  • As a PA in GRA, you will have a great deal of independent responsibility and good opportunities to organize your everyday life in the best possible way

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be organized, service- and business-minded, and possess great flair for numbers. We expect you to achieve your tasks independently, to possess strong time management, coordination, and administrative skills too, and your proactive mindset is continuously looking for smarter solutions for the benefit of your team. In addition, your exceptional social competencies are crucial as they enable you to efficiently catch how best to support the SVP in line with our cultural beliefs. You thrive in a supporting role with a broad interface, while paying attention to detail and preferably, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position. However, if you don’t, please make sure that your application will convince us that you are the right candidate anyway!

We believe that you:

  • Are fluent in Danish and English
  • Have strong IT skills and are not afraid of learning new IT systems or programs
  • Are superuser in Microsoft Office; especially Excel
  • Are service-minded and have a strong focus on details
  • Enjoy an outgoing and supportive role where you can contribute to creating a motivating environment
  • Are reliable and have experience with managing confidential material and information
  • Have a positive mindset with a high degree of adaptability and independence
  • Appreciate a job with many different tasks where a high level of flexibility is necessary

Global Regulatory Affairs is a functional unit within Research & Development, consisting of 70 passionate colleagues who strive to create value and deliver business- and customer-oriented regulatory excellence.
