As our new Administrative Assistant you'll work closely with our Talent Partner and report to the CHRO. Your mission will be to support one of the fastest growing E-commerce companies in Denmark as we find and grow the sharpest minds and brightest talents.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

So what will you actually do? The short answer is… a lot of different things. The longer answer includes words like: Administration, coordination and practical tasks related to HR. You’ll use your eye for optimising and automating processes to help us scale as we grow. One of your bigger projects will be to support the implementation of a full HR system and help continuously improve and develop the HR set-up.

Other tasks will include:

  • Administration and coordination related to recruitment - including contact with candidates.
  • Administration and coordination related to our annual employee survey + monthly eNPS.
  • Tasks related to on- and offboarding. Helping new colleagues set up their new gear and navigate our systems and tools.
  • Documentation and updates of workflows, tools and templates.
  • Coordination and practical stuff related to HR activities like leadership development and workshops.
  • Ad hoc daily tasks that help HR and the rest of the organisation.

About You
