Ikast

Are you an early bird or do you prefer to work afternoons? Are you a student /flex worker / retiree and able to work in the mornings or afternoons 4-5 days during the week? Then this position might be relevant to you.

You will become part of our office in Ikast, where we need some extra hands, who can help us with various tasks in the office.

Your primary work areas will be:

  • Ordering office supplies incl. printing paper and following up on what is missing
  • The contact to our cleaning personnel
  • Ordering coffee/tea etc.
  • Booking of lunch and other catering for meetings with guests and sign up new employees
  • Cleaning our whiteboards in meeting rooms if they are oversubscribed
  • Empty office mailbox
  • Empty the dishwasher + fill
  • Contact person to IT/Facility regarding furniture and screens etc.
  • Support if we have an event at the office

Working hours will be 6-8 hours per week. 1,5 hours per day to be placed: 8-9:30 AM or 14:30-16:00 and ad hoc as needed and agreed. The work place is Lene Haus Vej 21, 7430 Ikast.

Your profile
You work structured and have a service-oriented mindset. You master Danish and English verbally and Danish or English in writing. You work independently and are not afraid of handling new tasks.
