About the Project (BDAF)
We are building a state-of-art manufacturing facility for further expansion of Novo Nordisk’s activities to help patients with serious chronic deceases. The facility is under construction at our site in Kalundborg and the plant will set itself apart by applying new data and robot technology for next level manufacturing.
About the Position
You will be an active member of the BDAF Project and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You will support the project team and the project coordinator in a wide range of administrative tasks such as:

Qualifications
We imagine that you may already be working in an administrative position or is a newly graduated office trainee with a deep motivation for working on projects.

As a person you are reliable, loyal, structured and service-minded. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy working according to tight deadlines and as a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and is used to think steps ahead of others and secure coordination. You are able to keep an overview of various ongoing tasks and have the ability to adjust to new situations in a continuously changing environment.

About the Position
You will be an active member of the BDAF Project and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You will support the project team and the project coordinator in a wide range of administrative tasks such as:
- Office management (Meeting preparation, calendar management, buying office and kitchen supplies etc.)
- Plan department, team or project activities such as seminars and meetings
- Support various project activities including data administration, reporting, coordination etc.
- Maintain the project's Microsoft Teams site
- Continuously improve and optimize administrative processes

Qualifications
We imagine that you may already be working in an administrative position or is a newly graduated office trainee with a deep motivation for working on projects.
Moreover, to succeed in this role you have:
- Experience with presentations and great communication skills
- Great IT-skills - especially within MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities
- Maybe even been part of a management or project team
- Professional proficiency in both Danish and English
