About the BDAF Project We are in the process of designing and building a state-of-art manufacturing facility for further expansion of Novo Nordisk’s activities to help patients with serious chronic deceases. The facility is being constructed at our site in Kalundborg and the plant will set itself apart by applying new data and robot technology for next level manufacturing. The Position You will be an active member of the BDAF Project and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You will support the project team and the project coordination team in a wide range of administrative tasks such as:
  • Office management (Meeting preparation, calendar management etc)
  • Buying office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintenance of coffee areas, meeting rooms and the building in general
  • Continuously improve and optimize administrative processes
  • Ad hoc tasks including practical tasks around the office
  • The position offers great opportunities to utilize your competencies and for personal growth and development. You will work with skilled and knowledgeable colleagues and be included in the project coordination team. The position is temporary and for 1 year. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Have a high level of service mindedness
  • Works structured and systematic
  • Have great IT-skills - especially within MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities
  • Write and speak both Danish and English with confident
  • Secondary education (STX, HHX etc.)
  • As a person, you are reliable, loyal, structured, and service minded. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and work as part of a dynamic team.
