We are looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as Personal Assistant for the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in Investment Portfolio Quality Assurance (IP QA). The area consists of departments working in Novo Nordisk sites globally. The job is in Kalundborg or from time to time in the Copenhagen greater area. Flexibility to work from home is possible. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of service, communication, and coordination skills, and the ability to coordinate various tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven and professional manner. You will work closely together with the CVP, the HR Partner, the Communication Partner, and the assistant groups in both IP QA, Novo Nordisk Quality, and the project organisations. You will be part of the management team and will be working at a strategic level with the ability to navigate in the organisation at all levels.
You will primarily support the CVP with execution management tasks. This includes a wide range of PA tasks such as: Managing the CVP’s calendar Planning of management meetings and seminars as well as meetings and events for the area Budget planning and follow-up Preparing presentation material Various ad hoc tasks Further, you will be responsible for the assistant group network in IP QA and ensure alignment of various administrative processes across the area. The position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development. You will be quite visible in the organisation and in an executive environment where your competencies will be at play daily. Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, we imagine that: You have an administrative background with solid experience as a Personal Assistant You have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organising tasks You are an experienced user of MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities You are great at stakeholder management, and you have high social intelligence with good collaboration skills You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbally Furthermore, you are able to prioritise your own tasks, work independently and be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in an ever-changing and fast-growing environment, and you can take high level independent decisions and set direction. As a person we imagine that you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a positive can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner.
