The position As our new department assistant, you will be an active member of the management team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. You will use your curiosity to drive new initiatives and improve processes and also bring forward ideas for improvement that will benefit both colleagues and managers in their daily work. You will support the management team in a wide range of tasks including:
  • Coordinating management activities
  • Support the budget process with inputs, follow-up and reporting
  • Assisting with HR related task such as hiring processes, maintaining manning overview, onboarding etc.
  • Scheduling and planning of seminars
  • Contribute to department strategy and organizational change management initiatives
  • You will be part of and work closely with the API QA assistants’ group where you will solve tasks across the area. You possess a ‘need-to’ mind-set to avoid over-processing and this will help us keep administrative processes standardised across the organisation. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • Preferably you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You have experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities. Especially we expect experience with the platforms Teams and Planner as they are essential tools in a virtual setting
  • Having been part of a management team or knowledge of management and change management theories is an advantage
  • You have a flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets, and you are expected to be able to navigate in the SAP system
  • You are skilled in both written and spoken Danish and English
  • As a person you are reliable, loyal and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working according to tight deadlines. You can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the department API QA Operational- & Business Support is a department with approximate 32 engaged and motivated employees. As Department Assistant you will be a part of the management team and report to the department manager. You will join the business area API QA Operational- & Business Support, which is a part of API Quality. Within this area you will be a part of department who drives projects, strategy, audits & inspections, IT and digitalisation and much more.
