The position API Expansions QA Projects is looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as project coordinator in our department. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of service, communication, and coordination skills, and the ability to coordinate various tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven way and a professional manner. The job is in Kalundborg with the flexibility to work from home from time to time.
Your main tasks will be: Support the QA Management team and its assistants on administrative tasks for the team to be effective and efficient. This includes preparation of presentation material, coordination activities, budget planning and follow-up. Coordinate calendar bookings for meetings, workshops etc. Plan, coordinate and execute recruitments of both employees and consultants to help the project organisation grow and develop its competences in line with project plans Drive structured onboarding of new colleagues, making them feel welcome to the team, project, and Novo Nordisk You will work closely together with the manager of the department, the HR Business partner, the assistant group in API Expansions QA and PS API Capacity expansion project to ensure alignment of various administrative strategic tasks across the area. Qualifications You most likely have a solid experience as assistant and preferably a bachelor’s degree in administration or similar. You must be able to prioritise own tasks, work independently and be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in an ever-changing environment and you can take high level independent decisions and set direction. As an ideal candidate, you: Have solid presentation and communication skills Are an experienced user of MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities Have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organising tasks Have a high social intelligence and are good at stakeholder management Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
