Novo Nordisk plans to invest DKK42 billion to expand its manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg to support its portfolio within chronic diseases. We're hiring a Service Assistant for this project. The position is temporary for 1 year.
The activities will take place at our Kalundborg site, which is Novo Nordisk's hub for API manufacturing.
The Position
You will be an active member of the M3 Project and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You will support the project coordination team in a wide range of administrative and practical tasks such as:
· Ordering office and kitchen supplies
· Maintenance of coffee areas, meeting rooms and the building in general
· Continuously improve and optimize administrative processes.
· Office management (Meeting preparation, calendar management etc)
· Ordering and handling Safety equipment The role presents excellent prospects for leveraging your skills and achieving personal growth and development. You will collaborate with proficient and well-informed colleagues and become a part of the project coordination team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ad hoc tasks, including practical duties in and around the office.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
· Have a high level of service mindset
· Work structured and systematic
· Have great IT-skills - especially within MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities
· English proficiency is a must and streng Danish language skills are an advantage
· Secondary education (STX, HHX etc.)
As a person, you are reliable, loyal, structured, and service minded. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and work as part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and are used to thinking steps ahead of others and secure coordination.
