The position As our new department assistant, you will be an active member of the management team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. You will use your previous experience to drive new initiatives and improve processes and bring forward ideas for improvement that will benefit both colleagues and managers in their daily work. You will support the management team in a wide range of tasks including:
  • Coordinating management activities
  • Support the budget process with inputs, follow-up, and reporting
  • Assisting with HR related task such as hiring processes, maintaining manning overview, onboarding etc.
  • Planning and execution of meetings and seminars, including preparation of presentations
  • Contribute to department strategy and organizational change management initiatives
  • Building and maintaining the departments file structure in Teams, SharePoint etc.
  • You will be part of and work closely with the API QA assistants’ group where you will solve tasks across the area. You possess a ‘need-to’ mind-set to avoid over-processing and this will help us keep administrative processes effective and standardised across the organisation. You will be quite visible in an ever-changing organisation, where your competencies are appreciated. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • Preferably you have more than 5 years of experience from a similar position
  • You have experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities. Especially we expect experience with platforms like Teams and Planner as they are essential tools in a virtual setting
  • Having been part of a management team or knowledge of management and change management theories is a huge advantage
  • You have a flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets, and you are expected to be able to navigate in the SAP system
  • You are skilled in both written and spoken Danish and English
  • If you are curious or have knowledge about AI it will be an advantage
  • As a person you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working according to tight deadlines. You can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the department API QA PPV is a newly established department with approximately 20 engaged and motivated employees. The Department will expand massively in the future, and you will play a key role in the expansion.
