ABOUT THE JOB
As our F&B Coordinator Intern, you will support our F&B Managers with various administrative tasks. You will answer and follow up on guests inquiries, take reservations and ensure that our guests are elevated through each interaction. Internally, you will ensure a flawless communication between the F&B teams and other departments of the Hotel. You will also for instance take care of the layout & printing of our always-evolving menu cards and other ad-hoc tasks. You will review our procedures and if necessary develop them in order to structure the position even more.
WE EXPECT
That you maybe have some experience within F&B and/or administrative work. You are detail-oriented and able to keep the grand overview, while being sincerely passionate and engaged with both guests and employees. You are a visible and active team member and ensure a good cooperation with the rest of the hotel. In other words with your professional skills and outgoing personality, we expect that you will be able to create unique results and experiences for our guests at any time.
