As a Customer Support Specialist - Danish speaking, you will not just be answering phone calls, emails (tickets, cases), and social media messages – you will be the go-to person for our customers, guiding them through our products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their questions are answered with expertise and care. Your Team Lead is Line and she cannot wait to meet you. You don't have to know anything about windows nor doors, because we have our Product Specialist Niklas (located in Sweden) to be your life line and window hero in need 🦸‍♂️

  • Be the welcoming voice of our company by picking up the phone, ensuring customers feel valued and heard
  • Address customer inquiries through additional channels, including emails and social media messages
  • Provide assistance and guidance to customers, helping them navigate our products, resolve issues, and answer their questions effectively
  • Evaluate customer cases based on company policies and guidelines to determine the most suitable course of action
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Logistics, Finance, and Quality Control to resolve cases effectively
  • Work towards amicable resolutions, prioritising customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring customers feel understood and appreciated in every interaction

⭐️ For you to be a success in Klar, you'll need to have the following skills:

  • Customer centric in your bones 🦴 🧬
  • Communication and negotiation? You've got those skills in your back pocket
  • Your problem-solving abilities are so sharp they could cut through window glass (figuratively, of course)
  • You are all about the customers, always aiming to resolve their issues like a champ
  • Proactive approach, friendly, helpful and a great teammate
  • Thrives in the scale-up environment
  • Work structured and disciplined around your tasks and deadlines
  • Love to question the status quo and try different solutions, even if you fail at first
  • It's a great advantage if you have previously worked with claims, win-back, retention or sales on the phone - most important, great communication skills 📞
  • You speak and write Danish at native level 🇩🇰 and English on a high level
  • On the nice-to-list: if you speak and write in either Swedish 🇸🇪 or Norwegian 🇳🇴
