About the job
As an IT-administrator, you will be a part of the IT-department with reference to IT Manager. The IT-department is divided into 5 teams where we are responsible eg. IT support, IT admin, IT development cybersecurity and digital projects. You will also be a part of a team where we help each other – to succeed you need to be a team player.
Our IT-administrator has a key role in the organization and the role will includes 1st line IT support to our business units

As IT administrator your primary work areas will include:

  • Administration of Microsoft-based services - Windows server 2019/2022, IIS og SQL
  • Setup and maintenance of our it-infrastructure – both on-premises and in Azure
  • Administration of VMware and virtualized server environment
  • Veeam Backup administration
  • Entra ID/Active directory administration
  • Microsoft 365 Administrations
  • Administration of on-premises and browser-based applications
  • Mobility and Mobile Device Management solutions
  • Network, printer, and computer configurations
  • Identity and Access Management (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group policies) including user admin
  • General automation (PowerShell, scripts etc.) including planned administrative tasks
  • Cyber and information security support including ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR
  • Participate in work with IT-policies and documentation of SW/HW architecture
  • On call duty

We expect that you:

  • have a relevant IT-education and minimum 3-5 years’ work experience as IT system administrator
  • are a strong problem solver who are fast in understanding the users’ problems
  • take responsibility, working independently and at the same time is a fully engaged team player
  • have broad IT technical understanding and experience, possible experience with public transport
  • are fluent in English, oral, written, and possible last fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages
  • possible experience with dataroom and network solutions
  • have good knowledge of Office 365 SharePoint/cloud-solutions, SAP R3/S4 will be a plus
