We are looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service advisor to join our team supporting customers within the lighting industry 💡 You will be responsible for being our external face to our customers when they call in and need help. You will handle our customers' inquiries by phone, email, and chat. Since we are responsible for many different types of cases, you will get to immerse yourself in various problems and aim to always find the perfect solution for the customer.

In this role your technical understanding, immersion, and responsibility are central. We trust that you take responsibility for solving your tasks and trust your own decisions. Your role will involve several technical questions from both professionals and private individuals. Therefore, it will be a big plus if you have good technical knowledge of smart homes, and technology and are generally interested in this.

You like to work quickly with great colleagues and fantastic customers. Since we work a lot according to common goals, we hope you are goal-oriented and strive to improve. It would be great if you have a technical understanding and can find your way around a smartphone. Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement, as we value your skills more!

  • You speak and write Finnish fluently (at least C1 level)
  • You have a good command of English, both spoken and written

START: According to the agreement, preferably in April 2024

LOCATION: Our Copenhagen office at Borgmester Christiansens Gade 50, 2450 Copenhagen - with the possibility to work from home after the probation period

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00 (on a varying schedule)
