Play an active role in executing a successful financial transformation
The CFO Transformation Office is currently on a journey to become the centralized facilitator and catalyst for successful execution of strategic and transformational projects in Global Finance. Global Finance will undergo a large-scale finance transformation over the next three years. Thus, the CFO Transformation Office has been established to own the 3-year Global Finance roadmap, while supporting the Management in the CFO area with ad hoc requests such as communication material, presentations and projects.

As Executive Assistant, your role will primarily be to provide executive assistance to the Finance management team. Over time, you will have the opportunity to work more project-oriented, taking on responsibility for a broader range of activities as part of the CFO Transformation Office.

Starting out, you will be key in assisting the Head of CFO Transformation Office in ensuring a strong executive office setup through:

  • Support the planning and execution of activities around Finance Transformation preparation
  • Support as Secretary for the Global Finance Leadership team, i.e. develop purpose, annual wheel, planning, etc.
  • Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and various day-to-day administrative tasks for the SVP of Global Business Finance, SVP of Global Business Services and the VP of Group Finance

Next, you will assist the office in its goal of mobilizing the Finance Transformation. You will be tasked with communication-related matters and ensure on-going follow-up. Daily tasks will include:

  • Support tracking the 3-year roadmap and progress across the Global Finance
  • Ensure initiative owners are updated on upcoming commitments, responsibilities and work on action plans, etc.
  • Provide administrative support and service for the CFO area leaders and Group CFO projects across Finance
  • Manage meeting logistics, take minutes, note actions, and track and file relevant documentation
  • Support the checks of tasks and milestones with projects and collate project reports


However, as we are a newly established team, nature and progress of your tasks will also be highly dependent on your personal development and ambitions to advance the role.

Being part of a truly global setup, there might be some travel activities. This role might provide the opportunity to travel up to 5-10 days per year visiting markets and local finance organisations if needed.

Structured and service-minded coordinator
As a person, you are energetic and have a “can do” attitude. You are detail oriented and structured in your way of working, and you have a “One Global Team” mindset. A confident communicator, you enjoy interacting with people from all levels of an organisation and have excellent written and verbal skills.

Your educational background is not of critical importance. The fit is more a question of attitude and team fit. As an executive assistant, we imagine that you either have work experience from a similar position with a relevant vocational degree, that you have extensive experience working as a PA and want to advance into an executive assistant role, or that you have a Master’s degree within Business Administration, Finance or similar, and want to kick-start your career.

Additionally, you have:

  • The ability to multi-task and to follow up on projects in the department in a persistent and pragmatic way
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack, with PowerPoint and Outlook being key components
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, and/or relevant business field of study
  • Fluency in English

Your new team
You will join the CFO Transformation Office, consisting of three employees. You will report to the Head of CFO Transformation Office and have a close daily collaboration with the Finance Management Team.

The CFO Transformation Office is a newly launched team with direct reporting line to the Group CFO. The team is established as part of launching a 3-year finance transformation and are expected to take the ownership of ensuring a successful execution hereof. Thus, you will be part of an exciting area and work as a part of Global Finance, which has a lot of interfaces towards the rest of Finance but also across the business.
