Then you might be our new Department Assistant at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR) in Køge The position We are looking for a Department Assistant to support our Sales & Marketing department. You will work with a diverse set of tasks ranging from administrative tasks to independent coordination and follow-up. This is a newly established position, so the exact content of the job will be formed your specific skills and interest. We imagine that your responsibilities will include: Support to the Director with administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting preparation, sparring, collaborate across global stakeholders in processes, managing confidential matters and inbox, etc. HR activities such as: recruitment activities, onboarding of new employees, people administrations, coordinating training etc. Updating department Sharepoints sites, Teams-site, Outlook groups, Salesforce, Q-tracker, successfactorsand other IT-related activities Acting as superuser of various IT systems used by Novo Nordisk Ad-hoc administrative tasks such as meeting and seminar planning, taking minutes, preparing pre-reads, travel booking, expenses, monthly budgeting etc. Building presentations,proof-reading, preparing events, organizing off-sites, facilitating meetings, following up on actions We offer a position where no two days are not a like. You will have frequent interactions with the other assistants throughout the organisation and you will be a member of the newly established NNPR Adminstrative Group, headed by the Personal Assistant to our CEO/CVP. Finally, this position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and for personal and professional development. Qualifications For you to best succeed in this position, you must have at least some years of administrative experience – preferably from a similar role. Furthermore you can: Navigate in Office 365 effortlessly Handle administrative processes and organise tasks Communicate well, both verbally and written in English Work out of our office in Køge, Denmark Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have any of the following qualifications: Good with numbers Experience with HR-administration Experience with communication tasks Know your way around any of the following IT systems: Salesforce, Concur, Novo access, Coupa or Sharepoint Proficiency in verbal and written Danish As a person, you love to help others and continuously learn new things. You see yourself as proactive and offering help where it is needed comes natural to you. Lastly you can work on different assignments simultaneously, prioritize and deliver tasks on time.
