If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Business Partner to the CFO at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. The position
As a Business Partner, you will report directly to the CFO and be involved in a portfolio of tasks, initiatives, and projects that require cross-functional interaction and a deep understanding of key business drivers and requirements. Your main focus areas will include:
• Managing or contributing to cross-functional strategic projects with a strong focus on business understanding and assessment.
• Driving and validating business case calculations through a strong analytical mindset.
• Acting as a data-driven analytical partner to management.
• Taking a proactive role in identifying your involvement in projects.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure clear recommendations for decision-making. Your analytical contribution will involve NPV calculation and general support and guidance to ensure transparency and comparability in business cases used in the company. You will also have the opportunity to be included in cross-functional projects on an ad hoc basis within the Business Support organization.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and business analysis, budgeting, or other relevant fields.
• Experience working in a finance department with strong analytical requirements and involvement in creating and validating business cases with detailed NPV calculations.
• Fluent in English. Danish would be an advantage.
About the department
You will be part of the Business Support organization, which consists of the Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Sustainability Partnering areas. With approximately 55 full-time employees, Business Support acts as a partner to the organization, supporting processes within these areas. As a Business Partner to the CFO, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
