We are looking for an administrative assistant who is organized and detail-oriented to join our HSE team on a part-time basis. As an administrative assistant, you will provide essential support to the HSE team in managing administrative tasks such as procurement workflow and registering in the learning system.Who we’re looking forAdditionally, you will be responsible for setting up and managing relevant training courses for employees based on instructions from the HSE staff. This will involve coordinating logistics and ensuring that materials and meeting rooms are prepared for training sessions. You will also maintain training records and assist in tracking employee certifications to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.You will be working with maintaining and updating HSE documentation and tasks related to the internal Procurement flow.Other tasks can include:Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other relevant documents Write articles for internal communication on HSE topics Assist in maintaining HSE records and databases Provide general administrative support to the HSE team as needed. You will bring a proven experience in an administrative role, possesses strong organizational skills, and pays great attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must and knowledge of SAP is a bonus. Our corporate language is English which means that written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in both Danish and English is preferred.What you’ll bring
