We are looking for a talented, business oriented and an experienced PA to successfully ensure optimal support to our CEO, Lars-Peter Søbye.

BE PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT

As our new PA for our CEO, you will be a part of a team of 7 employees, reporting to the Head of Executive Office, but your daily job will be to assist our CEO, Lars-Peter Søbye. You will work closely together with the rest of the Executive Office in providing the best service to our Executive Board, consisting of our CEO, CFO and COO and our Board of Directors.

MAINTAINING THE OVERVIEW

As a Personal Assistant for our CEO, you will be responsible for all the administrative assignments for our CEO, including handling of e-mails, calendar management, handling of meeting documents, preparing meetings, documents and presentations, solve ad-hoc practical issues and arranging business trips.

In this role, you will work closely together with the Head of Executive Office, who is also an executive advisor to the CEO and you will also work together with the rest of the Executive Office in preparing meetings, seminars and other events.

This position accordingly requires an understanding of various disciplines, both technical and non-technical, as well as a good overview.

Since you have various areas of responsibility in your position, you will experience a steep learning curve in the position. If you are the right candidate for the position, we will adjust the tasks according to your areas of expertise, performance and preference.

For applying this role of Personal Assistant, you should have a bachelor's degree and experience of working as a PA for Executive Management in similar positions in other companies.

To be successful in this role, you thrive with working with administrative tasks, solve practical issues, but you also possess the competences and the willingness to drive own projects and produce material.

You are a positive spirit with proactiveness and carrying a driven attitude. You also take pride in your work and your empathy is your guide to understanding in how to create value for your closest colleagues.
