Responsibilities
As our new Office Assistant, you will report to the Executive Assistant & Business Enabler and provide administrative support as well as manage practical day-to-day tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized work environment and contributing to the overall productivity of .
Your administrative tasks will cover travel bookings, visa applications and expense reporting along with making various purchase orders and ordering things for new employees.
Additionally, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

To be successful in the job as Office Assistant, you must be structured, organized and very service minded as you work with different administrative and practical tasks for different colleagues. You have a positive mindset and always want to find the best solution for any challenge. Furthermore, you are easily approachable and easy to communicate with.
The position requires strong coordination skills, a proactive approach to tasks, and comfort in speaking and writing both Danish and English.
We are open to various backgrounds for the Office Assistant role. You could be a student, looking for a part-time job, or have flexible employment (fleksjob).
The job is 10-15 hours per week with flexible working hours.

- Shipping documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintenance of merchandise room
- Maintenance of copy room
- Coordinating employee milestones and acknowledgments
- Managing annual gifts for employees
- Ad hoc tasks
