Administrative Assistant to Oral Finished Products QA

Are you a service-minded team player with a can-do attitude? Do you get energy of supporting both business and colleagues? Then you are the Administrative Assistant, we are looking for.

The position

You will be an active member of the management team and support the department and management team. The position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences and for personal and professional development.

You will support the department manager and the management team with a wide range of tasks including budget handling, calendar handling for the department manager, coordinating activities, reporting, onboarding of new colleagues, planning of department activities and contributing to our strategy response.

You must be able to prioritise own tasks and work independently.

Qualifications

• You have great communication skills in Danish and English

• You have experience with MS Office365

• Preferably you have been part of a management or project team

As a person you are a positive relation builder, you are structured and service-minded. The tasks will be ever changing, and a can-do attitude is vital. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and as a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated and work independently. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.

About the department

Oral Finished Products QA is a department with approximately 65 skilled and motivated colleagues located in Måløv and Durham US. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development, as well as the release of tablets for the market. We are proud to work in a fast-growing and ambitious part of Novo Nordisk.
