The position As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management team in Research & Development Investments. You will be providing top-quality organizational and administrative support to the team. Your main tasks will be varied and dependent on the ongoing business needs and could be but not limited to: Assist project managers with project-related activities (budget updates, following up on invoices, order status and documents handling Supporting with communication and onboarding of new employees HR administrative tasks Ad hoc administrative tasks Some of your responsibilities will also include planning of meetings and events (preparation of agendas and follow-up on actions) Flair for IT and working in IT systems Qualifications To be successful in this position, you: Have an educational background in finance, banking, or any other relevant field Have experience working on projects and administrative tasks Are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently Have excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, and is well experienced with the English language in speech as well as in writing On a personal level, you are reliable, team-oriented and structured. You can manage deadlines, collaborate effectively and communicate with various stakeholders. In addition, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. About the department R&D Investments manages the project portfolio of Novo Nordisk CapEx investments in R&D. We are a team of 6 colleagues anchored in R&D and are based in Måløv, Denmark. We support projects globally such as US, UK and China. Responsibilities of the department includes Project Management, leading strategy discussions and decision-making processes to effectively lead internal partners, Portfolio Management for R&D and Project Controlling.
