The position Oral Product Development consists of eight departments. As Department Assistant you will support one or two of our departments and you will part of a team of four great administrative colleagues supporting the other departments in our area. You will become the backbone of our departments and get to work with a wide range of different tasks, which may include:
• Support the management teams with everything from people administration, meeting preparation, taking minutes, and follow-up on actions.
• Event planning for the departments
• Prepare budgets, do monthly follow-ups and handle invoices
• HR processes
• Procurement tasks We would like you to make the role your own, while supporting the departments and management team. We care about your personal and professional development and offer many opportunities to advance your skills in different areas. Qualifications The right candidate for this position is first of all excited about working in an administrative role and will have experience from a similar position.
Our ideal candidate has: • Excellent skills in MS office and will find it easy to master new IT systems, such as MS 365, SharePoint etc
• A flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets
• Experience with procurement
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in both English and Danish
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
It would be also considered an advantage if you have experience with the following: IT-systems such as SAP, Coupa, Excel and Sucessfactors As a person you are flexible and thrive in a lively environment. You are service minded, enjoy being the go-to person in the department, have a can-do attitude and master good coordination skills. About the department Emerging Technologies Oral Product development consists of eight departments and a total of more than 400 employees, and we are growing day by day. You will be dedicated to one or two of our departments where you will support the department director and the department.
