Are you interested in pursuing an exciting job that covers a variety of administrative tasks, communication and projects in a global setting? We are on the lookout for a Management Assistant who can manage several different tasks without losing overview.

We are looking for an organised, service- and business minded colleague as Management Assistant to our CCO, our Global Head of Physical Operations, the Director of Physical Operations, and the Global Head of Sourcing. You will be based at our head office in Middelfart.

The job
You will be tasked to assist the CCO and the 3 Senior Directors in the execution of a wide range of activities and projects across the organisation. More specifically, your responsibilities cover:

  • Successfully managing a hectic and ever-changing diary
  • Coordination of complex travel itineraries and administer the timely procurement of visas and other travel documentation.
  • Build and maintain co-operative relationships with colleagues and business contacts at all levels both internally and externally.

As Management Assistant, you provide administrative support as well as organising meetings and seminars in the management team. You will have individual responsibility for several tasks related to communication ensuring a high information level to the employees. This includes preparation of presentations and ensuring that the content on the intranet are appropriate and updated. In addition, you will also be responsible for planning and preparing company events such as management seminars, business meetings, conferences and other social arrangements. You can look forward to being in close contact with the management and have a wide range of contacts across the company through your collaboration with employees in other departments.

Your profile & Qualifications
The individual in this role understands business priorities and has experience from a comparable role for senior leaders in a large global organisation. Furthermore, the preferred candidate has:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Previous experience of similar tasks required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High level of written and spoken English and Danish

As a person you need excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills. You also need the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment. You have good attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information. Furthermore, you should be a strong team player, collaborative, resilient and flexible.
