Would you like to work with and support the development and execution of some of the largest green renewable energy projects all over the world? Do you have experience from a similar role as Executive Assistant or PA and experience with internal and external project support, administration of multiple tasks and processes, and do you see an honour in timely, accurate and high-quality administration of your tasks? Furthermore, can you thrive in a very small team, working independently in terms of managing own tasks with high and low complexity and many stakeholders around the world? Then you get to play a central role towards some of the most important players within renewable energy. You will be based in the company's offices just outside Aarhus, and it will be possible to work part-time.

Administrative and client support
Reporting to the owner, you will be responsible for delivering thoroughly prepared presentations and acting as a project coordinator. Contributing to project implementation and management, you prepare reports and graphic presentations for clients, investors as well as insurance, re-insurance companies, and eventually you will also participate in meetings and negotiations with project suppliers. You must expect 10-15 travelling days a year, primarily to Copenhagen and London. Examples of internal and external tasks:

  • Invoicing and administration of payments from clients
  • Contact to and administration of IT support, agreements, and office equipment in general
  • Managing calendars and booking travel arrangements
  • Produce information and illustration packs in PowerPoint and think-cell
  • Administration and coordination of information and illustration packs in PowerPoint and think-cell which need annual or biannual update
  • Proofreading of external material (all in English language)
  • Managing deadlines related to ongoing administration of insurance policy renewals or tender processes
  • Managing claim registration and continuously follow-up

Strong service and all-round administration skills
You have a relevant educational background, probably a commercial degree and perhaps within communication or similar. It is important that you are a confident user of tools such as PowerPoint and understand that easily accessible graphics are essential. You have project management experience, are self-driven and structured, providing high-quality work based on facts, and you are capable of communicating a clear message in a professional manner. You are motivated by achieving success in cooperation with others, and you have a strong drive. You independently manage parallel tasks and deadlines while keeping a sense of perspective and a positive attitude. In addition, you are a good listener, meets people with a smile, and understands the value of creating and maintaining good relationships. Finally, your English language skills are excellent. For the right candidate, the plan will further be to increase the knowledge so she or he more actively can take a role in the services provided directly to clients.
