The Job Role

MCS is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our expanding team in Næstved. We offer a versatile job in a vibrant and positive atmosphere for an established global company.

You will be part of a small, dynamic admin team, which is vital to the day to day running of the business to ensuring MCS central operations runs sufficiently.

Required:

  • Admin experience (essential)
  • Good computer skills, (essential)
  • Attention to detail (essential)
  • Microsoft Office experience (essential)
  • A good standard of English written and speech (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (essential)
  • Financial Admin experience (desirable)
  • Experience working with SAP B1 (desirable)
  • Reporting VAT to SKAT (Danish tax services) (desirable)

Personal Traits:

  • Experience with Invoicing/ Purchase orders etc.
  • Good customer services skills
  • Empathy, Systematic, meticulous.
  • Excellent Team player (essential)

The tasks will be various and include:

  • Creating orders and invoicing in SAP B1
  • Communicating with global customers, (answering emails, first point of contact)
  • Confirming orders, entering them into the system
  • General admin queries and customer service.
  • Working closely with the MCS team globally and Internal departments.
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Various ad hoc general office tasks such as mail

Our expectations:

We need a structured person with strong administrative skills, who is calm and good at communicating, who pays attention to detail. You are able to focus on the customer and thrive in communicating with people from different cultures. You are strong in English language, both verbally and in written skills. We also expect you to be responsible and able to learn new skills. Good knowledge of SAP B1 is advantageous

We offer:

Working hours per week: 2-3 days per week, negotiable.

The office Operates Monday-Thursday 9.00-17.00 and Friday 9.00-15.00.

Salary: TBD depending on qualifications and experience
