Blue Ocean Robotics develops, produces and sells professional service robots primarily in healthcare, hospitality, construction and agriculture. The portfolio of robots includes such brands as Beam Robots, a mobile telepresence robot for communication, social inclusion and CO2 reductions; UVD Robots, a mobile robot for disinfection; PTR Robots, a mobile robot for safe patient handling and rehabilitation; as well as others.

Blue Ocean Robotics develops the robots from problem, idea and design to development, commercialization, and all the way to exit. Each robot is moved into its own subsidiary-venture company, making Blue Ocean Robotics the world’s first Robot Venture Factory. Among other things, Blue Ocean Robotics has won one of the robot industry’s most prestigious international awards, the IERA Award 2019.

We are looking for an energetic and structured Management Coordinator, who can join our journey for making the service robot business of the future. The Management Coordinator will be support to our Operational Team consisting of CEO, COO and CFO and will work across the full value chain and business life cycle. You will report to the CFO, but support and assist the full operational management team.

Your primary role

In connection with ramp-up of sales, distribution, production and service of our mobile service robots the role is to support Operational Management to :

  • Structure, arrange and follow up on meetings and deliverables at Blue Ocean Robotics C-level and Spin-Out Board level and ensure due preparation and documentation
  • Take ownership of governance and particular Portfolio Management Committee (PMC) meetings and ensure due coverage at these meetings across Road Mapping, Product Development, Delivery, Sales, Support and Service and not least Finance.
  • Ensure due time preparation, review and distribution of meeting materials and drive meetings and govern that agenda is kept and objectives are achieved to allow for decision making at the meeting
  • Drive and coordinate C-level tasks (not projects), deep dives and investigations
  • Continuously develop Blue Ocean Robotics - KPI Dashboard
  • Arrange monthly meetings for the entire organisation, put together agenda and facilitate

We expect some years of experience and a proven track record as a project, program or portfolio manager or from a similar position to the one we are looking for. Your educational background could be technical or financial. With experience in cross organisational and cross cultural business activities.

The Management Coordinator will work in our headquarters in Odense, Denmark but other team members may be in Copenhagen or Barcelona.
