As a Finance Student Assistant, you will take part in the following activities: Supporting sales and marketing departments with data analytics and performance analysis, including presenting findings to the sales team Responsibility for monthly management reporting tasks Performing ad hoc sales and cost analysis based on SAP BW data Supporting the advancement of the digitalisation agenda in the affiliate Data loads and master data maintenance in Access database and CRM systems Supporting with various administrative tasks The position will be approximately 15-20 hours per week during normal working hours, with the possibility of more in peak periods. The position offers flexibility to fit around your studies. Qualifications You are currently studying at a university or business school within Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar field. Strong Excel skills and a natural flair for IT systems and numbers Experience in data visualisation and have been exposed to (or have a strong interest in) business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI) Pro-active, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills Fluency in English Good command of Danish (or another Scandinavian language) will be an advantage. Ideally, you have 1.5-2 years remaining of your studies and are a fast learner with previous work-life experience. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a dynamic environment and have a can-do attitude. About the Department Novo Nordisk’s Danish affiliate based in Ørestaden, Copenhagen is looking for an engaged student analyst to support our Finance & Operations team with key financial and business tasks. You will be a part of our local affiliate finance operations, which is responsible for delivering high-quality support to management through ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in business processes, e.g. budgeting, in-depth market analysis, customer insights, and supply chain. The department consists of an international and diverse group of highly dedicated professionals. The team is characterised by a lot of energy, collaboration, and trust.
