Become Personal Assistant for Senior Vice President, Heat/Cooling Division

In the newly established position as Personal Assistant for our Senior Vice President, Heat/Cooling Division, you will be part of the division's professional management team. Thereby you will get a unique insight into and understanding of many activities and information in a large, international company. Key role in anchoring and executing the strategy plan
As a Personal Assistant, you will have a large interface throughout the organization, and you will solve a wide range of varying tasks from an operational to strategic level. In your daily tasks, you will prepare and carry out calendar- and meeting planning in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President. Moreover, you will arrange and participate in management meetings across national borders (often via video link), and take minutes of this. You must prepare presentations that support the strategic goals for use in the division's internal and external communication and activities.

Your key tasks:

  • Documentation and follow-up on the division strategy process and execution, including preparation of activity plan
  • Documentation and follow-up on actions and KPI’s for the division
  • Planning and follow-up on the management group meetings - agenda and minutes of meetings (MOM) as well as follow-up
  • Preparation of internal communication and presentations including planning of Townhall meetings
  • Coordination of visits and events for customers and partners
  • CRM assistance and support for sales and subsidiaries

In order to succeed with the above, it is crucial that you are able to establish close relationships with your important stakeholders, both internally and externally in the organization. It is also important that you can quickly gain an understanding of Kamstrup's business across departments and divisions.

Personality matters
You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree at the top of your class. In addition, you have participated in case competitions with good results and had a semester or an internship abroad, or other relevant experience. Education in Engineering, Business, Economics and similar will be relevant in the position.

As a person, you are ambitious and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike. It is natural for you to work in a structured and systematic way, which means that your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline. You are positive and outgoing, and you always meet people with a smile. Finally, you are characterized by being energetic, self-driving and see opportunities rather than limitations.

It is a requirement that you master both English and Danish in writing and speaking. Knowledge of German and the Scandinavian languages will be an advantage.
