In the position as Personal Assistant for our Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, you will become a part of the division’s management team, which gives you the opportunity to work closely together with the top management and get insight in the division’s strategic work.
A job with focus on communication and internal relationship building
As Personal Assistant, your most important task is to increase the efficiency and to be at the forefront of the management team and our Senior Vice President of Supply Chain through time management, documentation and optimizing internal ”way of working”. You will have to build a wide surface of contacts in the organization and solve a wide variety of tasks from an operational to a strategic level.
You will handle the calendar and mail management making sure that the day is planned and spent as efficiently as possible and that deadlines and actions are met. In addition, you prepare and participate in leadership meetings across national boundaries (often via video link) and make a summary and follow-up on these meetings. You must prepare presentations that support the strategic goals for use by the division's internal and external communications and activities.

Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or similar and have a few years of work experience from a similar position as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar.
In addition, it is a requirement that you:
To succeed in the role, it is important that you are outgoing, self-driven and see opportunities beyond limits. You thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment where not two days are similar. You have a can-do-attitude and it is natural for you to work structured and systematically with your tasks, which are always of high quality and within deadline. You are positive and outgoing, and able to communicate at all levels in an international organization. From your previous work experience you have also gained the ability to take pride in executing your tasks efficiently and with a clear prioritization.

More specific your key tasks will be:
- Meeting preparation, including execution, document outcome and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- To drive and prepare internal and external communication and presentations including maintaining documentation on our intranet
- Prepare documentation and follow-up on actions and KPI’s for the division
- Execute tasks in relation to employee administration
- Personal support to and coordination with our Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, incl. calendar planning, travel management, expense reports
Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or similar and have a few years of work experience from a similar position as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar.
In addition, it is a requirement that you:
- Have a good understanding for how to navigate in a large organization with many stakeholders
- Hold experience from an international environment
- Possess a super user level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Have experience from working in a Supply Chain or from industrial productions facilities
- Have the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and with a professional demeanor
- Master Danish and English at a very high level, both orally and written
