With direct reference to our Senior Vice President – Heat/Cooling, you will be part of the division’s professional and global management team, where you will be working closely together with managers and stakeholders across the organization. The Heat/Cooling division consists of more than 170 skilled colleagues, who handles the entire value chain to ensure that we make the best-in-class solutions for entities worldwide.
A job with focus on communication and strategic project management
As our new Personal Assistant, you will have a large interface throughout the organization as you will solve a wide range og varying task from an operational to a strategic level. In your daily tasks, you will prepare and carry out calendar- and meeting planning in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President and arrange and participate in global management meetings. However, you will also be in charge of larger strategic projects and initiatives aimed at taking our division to new heights as we become more global.
More specifically, some of your key tasks will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious person, who is ready to kick-start his/her career in an international fast-paced environment. We imagine that you have a master’s degree within communication, engineering, business, economic or similar at the top of your class. Whether you have some years of experience or newly graduated is not crucial, as the most important is your attitude towards being at the center of both strategic and operational decision making, where you thrive in being both the helping hand as well as the executional lead on a large variety of both large and small tasks. Additionally, you may have participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or an internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, it comes natural for you to work in a structured and independent way, which means that your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline. You have an eye for the good story which you can intercept from both strategic meetings but also in daily conversations with colleagues. You are positive and outgoing, and you always meet people with a smile. Therefore, you can easily establish close relations with both internal and external stakeholders. Finally, you are characterized by being energetic, self-driving and able to quickly gain an understanding of new topics and see opportunities rather than limitations.
It is a requirement that you master both English and Danish in writing and speaking. Knowledge of German and the Scandinavian languages will be an advantage.

- Documenting and following up on the division strategy process and execution, including preparing activity plans, communication and following up on KPI’s
- Preparing presentations and communication including drafting, reviewing, and sending communication on behalf of the SVP for use in the division's internal and external communication and activities to support the strategic goals
- Organizing and preparing meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions within the management team or on behalf of the SVP
- Coordinating visits, trainings and events for customers, partners, and employees
- Supporting cross functional projects and events
