With direct reference to our Senior Vice President in the Water Division, you will enter a central position where your everyday will evolve around supporting the overall objectives of the division. You will work closely with the management team as well as stakeholders across the organization, while you foster knowledge sharing and make ends meet. You will get a unique insight into and understanding of the management of a larger international company, as you will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the senior leadership team.
A job with focus on anchoring and executing the strategy plan
As a Personal Assistant, you will have a large interface throughout the organization, and you will solve a wide range of varying tasks from operational to strategical level. In your daily tasks, you will prepare and carry out calendar and meeting planning in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President. You will arrange and participate in management meetings across national borders (often via video link), and take minutes of these, which is an approach to sum up and keep an overview of the meeting, as well as the actions or tasks that were assigned. Furthermore, you will have the responsibility for preparing presentations used for internal and external communication, which support the strategic goals of the division.

We are looking for a motivated colleague, who is ready to kick-start or continue his/her career in an international dynamic environment. We imagine that you have a master’s degree in communication, engineering, business, economics or similar and have achieved extraordinary results from academic or extracurricular activities. Whether you have some years of experience or are newly graduated is not crucial, as the most important is your drive towards being at the center of both strategic and operational planning and decision making and are ready to make your impact to our business.
As a person, you are positive and outgoing, and you always meet people with a smile, which enables you to build relations quickly and become a valued and trusted colleague in the organization. It is natural for you to work in a structured and systematic way, which means that your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline. Furthermore, you enjoy using your analytical competences to create insightful material used both internally and externally and have strong communication skills that allow you to convey a message in a clear and suitable manner. You thrive in being both the helping hand as well as the executional lead on a large variety of both big and small tasks and meet challenges with a constructive mindset.
It is a requirement that you master both English and Danish fluently in writing and speaking. Knowledge of German and the Scandinavian languages will be an advantage.

- Documenting, following up and tracking KPI’s on the division strategy process and execution
- Planning and follow-up on the management team meetings - agenda and minutes of meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing the executive's calendar and planning meetings, conferences and travels
- Preparing presentations and communication including drafting, reviewing, and sending communication on behalf of the SVP for use in the division's internal and external communication
- Coordinating visits and events for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting cross functional projects and events
