Apply now! The position We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Business Analyst to join our team. A new role in the area who will support several ongoing projects and activities. The role will develop over time along with the department and area as a general. The position is close to line of business and our daily required deliverables, however there will be a close collaboration with our process group, business transformation teams, DevOps and our agile IT projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Support business processes with making data available for users and senior management decisions
  • Build robust dashboards/KPI trackers that can be used by a broad range of stakeholders
  • Provide quality business insights based on data analysis and interpretation
  • Understand, investigate, and ensure good data quality and presentation
  • Work with cross organizational teams to improve both data structures and processes and participate in projects
  • Qualifications The ideal candidate has:
  • M.Sc. in a relevant field, Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data presentation, showcasing ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to understand a broad range of different core IT system and capable of fast understanding new systems and processes (our core system is based on the Veeva platform)
  • A strong cross value chain business understanding, good stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • About the department Novo Nordisk Regulatory Affairs makes medicine available to patients all over the world by ensuring fast regulatory submissions and approvals in all our global markets. You will be part of a relatively new department responsible for project management, scientific and regulatory strategic input to capacity and manufacturing projects, as well as being responsible for enabling fast approvals for world-wide roll-out and return on investment for the growing manufacturing network – and not least creating overview of regulatory activities across the value chain, where data and data quality plays a key role. The department consist of colleagues with very diverging backgrounds, nationalities – but also roles, reaching from very specialised RA experts to more generic business roles, etc. heading up transformation projects with a big digital element.
