Do you have experience with financial performance management and data analytics? Do you have a broad business understanding and knowledge? Do you see you self as an expert in Excel and Powerpoint? Then the job as Executive Assistant in Andritz Feed and Biofuel might be the right position for you!

For Andritz in Esbjerg we are looking for their next executive assistant. You will be report to the SVP and Division Manager, and in matrix to the Managing Director/Global Finance Director of the Danish Legal entity.

The Job

  • Administrative support to Division Manager, such as e.g., managing the Division Manager’s calendar, travel arrangements, mail management, minutes etc.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and prepare high-quality management presentations by independently collecting relevant information from management team members and other parts of the organization, ensuring consistency and clarity in the messages conveyed.
  • Support the divisional manager with management and business review meetings.
  • Develop and maintain FB business performance management including KPI and dashboard development as well as analytics to support improvement of business performance.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the information for sales related global reports (e.g., rush reports and backlog analysis) working closely together with sales teams and Global Finance.
  • Collect and analyze other business performance related data.
  • Drive cross-organizational analytics to improve business insights from existing data sources to provide management and others with fact-based foundations for decision-making.
  • Representation of the Division Manager; internally and externally.

What we are looking for

  • We expect that you possess a relevant business or/and administrative background. Preferably, you hold a degree in MBI or master’s in economics and/or business administration or similar.
  • Solid experience from working with financial performance management and data analytics. Broad business understanding.
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Good understanding of retrieving information and data from systems like WebCRM and SAP.
  • High capability in transforming data into meaningful insights through various analytical methods.
  • Fluency in English and German preferred.

Other than this, it’s key that you take ownership and are costumer focused in your everyday work. You have an open and forthcoming personality and thrive in a key position.
