In this position, you can work for a social media giant. As a Content Analyst, you will help resolve inquiries that the social media users might have. You will respond with high quality and empathy. This includes investigating and finding solutions for issues that are reported such as requests for account support or reports of potentially abusive content. The ideal candidate

• Native Danish speaker and fluent in English

The offer

• Base salary of €27,000 plus a quarterly bonus, weekend work will be compensated extra
  
• Start-up bonus of €2,000 with your first salary
  
• Retention Bonus (after 12 months) €1,000
  
• Full-time permanent contract (37.5 hours per week)
  
• Choice between day shift or night shift contract
  
• Free breakfast and lunch in the canteen
