Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written, is essential. As an EU citizen over 18 years of age, you should reside in Malta or plan to relocate in the coming months.

THE ROLE
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with registering individuals and companies with various authorities and banks. You will be pre-filling application forms, submitting online registrations, researching Danish, Maltese, and EU legislation related to customer cases, adjusting and preparing standard agreements, creating and following checklists with work procedures, obtaining and negotiating offers from local and international companies, drafting complaint letters and proofreading correspondence, coordinating housing searches with real estate agents and preparing property presentations, recording videos and taking photos at property viewings, creating move-in and move-out reports, and dealing with property owners in case of issues.

- Have experience with Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), TeamWork Projects, WordPress and Xero.
- Are interested in the life of an expat, interior design, and online marketing. Have previously worked as a personal assistant, receptionist, project manager, legal secretary or similar.
- Live within a maximum of half an hour from the capital city of Valletta and love the sunny and warm climate of the Mediterranean.

Interview subsidy
- If you are invited to attend an in-person job interview in Malta, you will receive a subsidy for your travel expenses, travel insurance, accommodation, and daily allowance. Amount: up to €660
Relocation subsidy
- Upon employment, you will receive a subsidy to cover your expenses for moving to Malta. If your spouse, partner, or children move with you, the amount will be doubled. Amount: €1,000 for single, €2,000 for family
Language course subsidy
- If you want to improve your English language skills, you have the opportunity to have your language lessons paid for. Amount: €2,200
- Subsidies are paid by the EU program EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS).
